About us
The Little Owl Pre-School is one of the longest running pre-schools in Reading. It’s been based in various locations but today you can find us at The Scout and Guide HQ, 163 Northcourt Avenue, Reading, RG2 7HG.
Our indoor learning space encourages independence, as children have free access to books, creative media, role-play and construction equipment. We also have a large, secure private garden where we encourage children to be physically active and learn through contact with nature. An outdoor, covered area enables the children to be outside, but dry, even in poor weather. There is plenty of space to allow freedom of movement which facilitates concentration and communication.
We accommodate up to 28 children aged from two to five years old. Sessions are available up to five mornings a week during school terms, 9:30 – 12:30. We also run a lunch club on various days of the week until 13.30.
